THE MISSION
Through the adversity of my daughter's lead poisoning and the subsequent mismanagement of her trust fund by a bank-appointed trustee, I've gained invaluable insights into the critical importance of proper financial planning and management.
Following a terrifying health crisis when my daughter was diagnosed with a dangerously high level of lead in her blood, we endured years of uncertainty about the lasting effects on her health. With time, it became clear that her challenges would require lifelong support.
The settlement from a lawsuit established a trust to secure her future, but trusting the bank's guidance and the attorney's advice turned out to be a regrettable decision. The trust's funds were mismanaged, resulting in high fees and poor investments, depleting the resources meant for her care.
This experience taught me the vital significance of financial literacy, especially in dealing with trusts and investments. It's the reason I am committed to helping others navigate similar challenges and avoid the financial pitfalls my family encountered.
My journey has instilled in me a passion for ensuring that families are equipped with the knowledge and strategies to secure their financial futures, particularly in times of unforeseen crises. I am determined to help others safeguard their loved ones from the emotional and financial turmoil my family endured.

We diligently cultivate our working years, and when it's time to retire, we look forward to harvesting the fruits of our labor. The challenge, however, lies in ensuring that this nest egg lasts a lifetime, providing a consistent income stream without depletion.
My Roots: A Farm Life Foundation
I grew up in a close-knit Northern Wisconsin town where everyone knew your name and life revolved around our small hobby farm. As the youngest of eight children, my days were filled with farm chores—raising pigs, milking cows, collecting eggs, and tending a garden that provided vegetables for canning each fall. Summers were spent picking wild blueberries, with more ending up in our mouths than in our baskets—a sweet taste I’ll never forget.
Our farm life taught me the values of hard work, self-sufficiency, and community. My family’s roots ran deep, from my great-grandfather’s journey from Germany to Wisconsin to my grandfather’s farming and lumber mill. Stories from my father's youth—like trekking through snow to milk cows for 10 cents an hour—were lessons in resilience and determination.
These experiences ingrained in me a profound respect for the land and the enduring rewards of a life well-lived. They shape how I see the world today: a tapestry of hard work, family, and a deep connection to nature.
